How Gulf States Clean Guard Disinfects:
GSCG disinfects surfaces by turning a liquid disinfectant into a super fine mist or fog that allows the disinfectant to come in contact with hard to reach surfaces in any facility. While also allowing surfaces and objects to remain moist with the disinfectant to reach the critical kill time for Covid-19.
Advantage of the Disinfectant product GSCG uses:
The disinfectant Vital Oxide used by CSCG is approved by the CDC and EPA to kill Covid-19 (EPA link). This product is also approved by the EPA to be used in a fogging procedure. Many disinfectant products that are approved to kill Covid-19 are not safe to use in a fogging or misting procedure.
The disinfectant product used by GSCG is also approved and safe to be left on surfaces, so the product does not have to be wiped off once applied.
This product is safe for people and pets. A facility can be re-entered one hour after a disinfection procedure is complete.
This disinfectant is also approved to be used on soft surfaces. Such as carpet, upholstery, patient curtains and linens.
We partner with contractors, cleaning companies, environmental service companies, as well as home and business owners to produce a disinfection plan that is safe, effective and FEMA compliant. Please note that under the state of emergency declaration throughout the United States, disinfection services are now eligible for FEMA Assistance.
Who is eligible for FEMA Assistance: State, tribal and local governments (Parishes, municipalities, school districts, and local public authorities). Eligible non-profits include: schools, colleges, utilities, clinics, laboratories, hospitals. Along with community centers, assisted living centers, child care facilities, churches, and senior centers, among others.
